Ovarian Cancer is one of the most common cancers among women. Women have two ovaries that are located in the pelvis on each side of the uterus. that produces hormones, which help with your menstrual cycle and pregnancy. While some women can still give birth with one ovary, it helps to have both of them. In this article, we'll talk about Ovaries, Ovarian Cancer, Symptoms, and Treatment.

What is it?: Ovarian Cancer is a growth of cells that form inside one or both of the ovaries. We generally are born with two, one on each side of the uterus- that is the size of an almond. Because the ovaries produce eggs- also known as (ova)- as well as estrogen and progesterone, having this kind of cancer can affect how the reproductive system works.

Symptoms: Many times, the symptoms can go unnoticed. When symptoms start to show, you can often time experience abdominal bloating or swelling

Quickly feeling full when eating

Weight loss

Discomfort in the pelvic area
